Seasoning of choice

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Layer:

Breakfast sausage

Chopped Vegetables of choice- I like jalapeno and red bell pepper

More cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

Mix egg, cheeses and seasoning in blender

Place muffin liners in 6 muffin tin

Layer: sausage, vegetables (optional), cheese, egg mixture, then top with more cheese.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes

Notes

Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
