Crockpot Chicken Francese

Ingrédients

4 Chicken breast

2 cups of hot water

4 teaspoons of Better than Bouillon

4 lemons juice

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons of butter

3 tablespoons flour

1 cup white wine

Instructions

Add chicken to the crockpot. Warm the water and add the Better than Bouillon. Add enough lemon juice to the bouillon to make it delicious. When right, pour onto the chicken. It should cover the breasts. Turn crockpot to high for about 4 hours.

During the cook, at about two hours, cut the breasts in half. Cook for about two more hours. Take chicken out of the crockpot and shred. DO NOT ADD THE CHICKEN BACK INTO THE BROTH.

In a saucepan, add three tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic, and sauté on medium heat. When softened add the flour and stir. Then add the wine and cook off the alcohol (4-5 minutes). Add the broth from crockpot to combine. Cook to combine, for about 3 minutes.

Pour sauce back into the crockpot and add chicken and stir.

Serve over rice or noodles.
