Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingrédients

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

6 Tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 4 custard cups or ramekins. Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and flour until blended. Divide batter among prepared cups. Bake 12-14 minutes, until edges are firm but centers are soft. Cool 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for a delightful dessert.
