Creamy Garlic & Shrimp Ramen

Ingrédients

  • pack of large shrimp

  • lemon or lime juice

  • oil

  • Butter

  • Minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp gochujang or sriracha

  • 1/4 cup double cream

  • 1/4 fresh parsley

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

  • 250g noodles

Instructions

  1. First season some large shrimp- Im using a Korean bbq blend , then skewer and grill them

  2. While that’s cooking boil some instant ramen and finish grilling the shrimp with a little lime juice

  3. Into a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, a pad of butter, and 1 tbsp minced garlic

  4. Then add 2 tbsp Hoisin, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp gochujang or sriracha and 1/4 cup heavy cream.

  5. Stir that in with 1/4 cup chopped parsley and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

  6. Then add your ramen, shrimp and garnish with green onions
