Knead the dough for 3min

butter 50g + salt 4g

knead the dough for 6min

make balls

cover the dough

rest the dough for 15min

Instructions

roll the dough

pan size 28x28cm

rest the dough for 60min

or until double in size

brush with eggs

sesame seeds on the top

Bake in a preheated oven

180C 25min
