Pickled Red Onion

Ingrédients

2 small red onions, thinly sliced

3 jalapenos, thinly sliced

2 cups rice wine vinegar

1½ tablespoons sugar

½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

Add the onions and jalapenos to a large bowl.

In a small saucepan bring the vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil. Pour over the onion mixture and let sit 15 minutes

Store covered in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks
