Sticky Honey Pork

Ingrédients

Marinade:

200g Pork

1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Mirin

1 tsp Oyster Sauce

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Dash of White Pepper

1 tbsp Corn Starch

Sauce:

1 tsp Ginger (Julienne)

1-2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

3.5 tbsp Water

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients together and let sit for 2 hours

Fry pork in medium heat until 80% done or golden brown

Take pork out, bring oil up to high heat, and fry again for 2-3 minutes

In a pan, fry garlic and ginger until aromatic and add the rest of the ingredients

When sauce reduces, add the pork in and stir until evenly covered
