Ingrédients

Crack 2 eggs. Whites in one bowl. Yolks in another bowl.

Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar to the egg whites and whisk until stiff (not soft) peaks.

In the bowl of yolks, add a pinch of salt and a tsp of cultured cream (optional) and mix.

Add yolks mixture to the egg whites and fold gently together.

On a baking tray with baking paper, spoon on the mixture and spread into circles. Should make 4 pieces.

Put in a preheated oven at 150 Celsius for 15 mins
