Lemongrass Beef With Bun

Ingrédients

2 lbs thinly sliced beef (I used the pre sliced beef from Costco “beef loin New York”

6 TBSP Lemongrass

3 TBSP Soy sauce

4 TBSP Oil

2 TBSP Brown sugar

2 TBSP Sesame seeds

8 cloves minced garlic

1 Shallot, minced

2 TBSP Honey

1 tsp Black pepper

1 TBSP fish sauce

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS

Vermicelli noodles

Veggies of choice- carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, jalapenos, herbs

Crushed, roasted peanuts

Fish sauce dip

Instructions

Marinate thinly sliced beef with all of your ingredients for at least 10 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge for best results

When you’re ready to cook, cook on a skillet with some oil
