Egg Foo Young Sauce
Makes 4 to 5 servings

1 1/2 cups Chicken stock
1 teaspoon Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
6 tablespoons Cold Water
2 1/2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 pinch White Pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl mix together cold water and corn starch. Blend well and set aside.
2. In a medium sauce pan add chicken stock, Instant bouillon, sugar, soy sauce, and white pepper, blend well over medium heat. Bring to a boil and add corn starch mixture(Stir well before adding) Stir until thick and smooth and then one minute more and remove from heat.
3. Serve over Egg Foo Young.
