Crockpot Street Corn Chicken Pasta

Ingrédients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Dano’s chili lime seasoning

2 cans Mexican street corn (drained)

1 block cream cheese

2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

Cooked pasta of choice

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

Add chicken breast to the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dano’s chili lime seasoning.

Add the drained Mexican street corn and the block of cream cheese.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and mix everything together.

Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot.

Stir in pepper jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well combined and creamy.

Top with extra Dano’s chili lime seasoning and fresh cilantro.

Serve hot and enjoy.
