Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 garlic clove crushed (I use 1 tsp. Bottled, crushed garlic, it’s like a paste.)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger or finely chopped fresh ginger
2-6 Chicken breast halves (deboned, skinned and cut up.)
Sliced carrots and celery steamed
cooked rice
Instructions
Toss all ingredients (EXCEPT CARROTS, CELERY AND RICE) into a crock pot and cook on low for 3-5 hours. Serve in a bowl with cooked rice, then carrots and celery, then top with sauce and chicken. Sauce can also be used as a marinade for whole chicken pieces. Just marinate over night then grill chicken.
