Copycat In-n-out Flying Dutchman W/ Crispy Cheesy Onion Buns

Ingrédients

1 large onion, sliced into rounds

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby Jack)

2 1 lb ground beef

Salt & pepper, to taste 2 ts olow mustard

Sauce:

1/4 cup mayo

1 ½ tbsp sugar-free ketchup

2 tbsp dill relish

1 tsp vinegar

How to Make It:

Instructions

Slice the onion into thick rings. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place each slice between two piles of shredded cheese. ~Bake at 400°F for 6-10 minutes until crispy.

Season the ground beef with salt & pepper, then form into patties. Coat both sides with mustard for that signature flavor.

Cook patties in a hot skillet, flipping once, until browned & cooked to your preference.

Mix up the secret sauce—it’s a must-have!

Assemble: Stack patties with cheese, sauce, and crispy onion buns for a legendary bite.
