Ingrédients

1 frozen puff pastry sheet (at the room temperature)

2 sausages

2 pcs cheese

1/2 beaten egg

Ketchup, as needed

Mayonnaise, as needed

Instructions

Cut the pastry sheet into 8 equal parts. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Layer 2 pieces together to make 4 pieces.

With a double boiler, soften the cheese. Cut the edge of the cheese package and pipe the cheese onto each sausage.

Apply the beaten egg (egg wash) onto (1) and place the sausages (2). Put the ketchup and mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven (preheated to 200°C/ 392°F) for 15 minutes. Add some chopped parsley on top.
