Hunters Chicken Parm Pasta

Ingrédients

Anything hunters chicken related is my FAVE and this was a lil twist on a normal chicken farm, so good! ⁣

Ingredients to serve 2:⁣

pasta (160g dry) ⁣

Chicken breasts (2)⁣

Bacon medallions (4)⁣

Egg (1)⁣

Breadcrumbs (40g)⁣

Grated mozzarella (40g)⁣

Bbq sauce (4 tbsp) ⁣

Passata (500g)⁣

Onion (1)⁣

Tomatoes (handful)⁣

Paprika, bbq seasoning, onion salt, garlic powder ⁣

Boil the pasta as per instructions. Flatten the chicken breast with a rolling pin, dip in the egg and then coat in breadcrumbs. Airfry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees ⁣

Whilst this is cooking, chop up the onions & bacon medallions and add to the frying pan along with the paprika, bbq seasoning, onion salt and garlic powder. Fry for a few minutes to brown then add in the passata, mix together and simmer on a medium heat to thicken⁣

Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the pan after a few minutes along with the a tbsp of the bbq sauce, mix together and simmer for a few minutes more. Drain the pasta and then add to the saucepan & stir all together ⁣

Once the chicken is cooked, top with the bbq sauce and grated cheese then add back to the airfryer & airfry for 5 minute more till the cheese melts. Add the pasta to a bowl, top with the chicken and that’s it! ⁣
