1 ½ lbs fresh ground beef
3 Tbsp Gochujang
2 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
4 tbsp green onion sliced
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
Handful brown sugar
3/4 Cup white rice - cooked and cooled
Optional toppings:
Spicy mayo
Eel sauce
Sriracha
Green onions
Instructions
Brown your beef. Use paper towel to get excess fat/oil.
Add in all your ingredients starting at the beginning of the list.
Follow video. Mix up nice, simmer and stir for 2 minutes.
Add in cooked and cooled white rice, lightly fold in. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Top with sauces and more green onion.
