I feel like Risotto is growing me over the years and I can say that is a stample in my kitchen, with the popluar one being the mushroom risotto. As big fun of leeks this combo created a delcious bite that is hard not too love. The burrta as bring her special texture, and the conrast of the cold cheese to the warm risotto is unbeatable.
