Teriyaki Steak

Ingrédients

1 Flank Steak, sliced into thin strips

1 Onion, chopped

1 bunch Green onion, chopped

Kikoman teriyaki sauce

Butter or safflower oil

Fresh ginger

Fresh garlic

Black pepper

Instructions

Chop onion

Thinly slice meat

Toss meat with pepper, ginger, garlic, and 1/4 of the onion

Coat meat mixture with teriyaki sauce and let marinate for at least an hour

Sauté remaining onion in butter/oil on high heat

Add meat and cook on medium-high to high heat for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly (until all meat is visibly cooked)

Add chopped green onion either while cooking or as it finishes
