Flapjack

Ingrédients

Ever since my eldest was tiny flapjack has always been his love language.

So here is his favourite.

Recipe:

6 oz butter

6 oz sugar

6 oz golden syrup

12 oz jumbo oats

Instructions

melt butter, sugar and golden syrup

add oats and mix

press into a tin

bake 160 degrees (fan) for 18 minutez or until golden arohnd the edges.

allow to cool slughtly in tin

cut whilst still warm to the touch

allow to fully cool
