1 pack Pepperidge Farms puff pastry sheets (contains 2)
4 tbsp pesto
Deli meats of choice (ham, turkey, pepperoni, salami, etc)
1 cup shredded cheese of choice (provolone, mozzarella, romano, etc)
1 small package of spinach
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Roll out both puff pastry sheets. Brush pesto on each to your liking. Layer your deli meats. Top each with 1/2 cup cheese. Add spinach to your liking. Roll both pastries and place on baking sheet. Brush egg wash on tops of both pastries. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Slice and serve!
Notes
Recipe makes 2 logs which is about 15-20 individual pinwheels. Recipe is very flexible, and changes can be made to fit preference.
