Corn Dip

3 (15 oz) cans Mexicorn (well drained)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 package shredded Mexican cheese
salt and pepper to taste
splash of lemon juice (optional)
canned green chili--well diced (optional: these are not hot, just flavorful)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients the night before serving and chill.
Serve with Frito's Scoops corn chips.
You may wish to add jalapeño to taste for a zestier dip.
