Loaded Greek Chicken Flatbread

Ingrédients

569 kcal per loaded flatbread (69g C, 15.6g F, 35.2g P)

Ingredients for 1 flatbread (multiply per portion!):

80g flour

80g 0% fat yogurt

100g raw chicken thigh seasoned with 1/4 tsp paprika, garlic, thyme, oregano and rosemary.

1 tbsp tatziki

80g potato

30g reduced fat halloumi

1 tsp olive oil

Cucumber, tomato & feta for the salad

Instructions

Marinate the chicken thighs in the spices, olive oil and yogurt.

Cut the potatoes into chips and season with salt and pepper

Air fry both for 20 mins at 180 degrees C

Meanwhile mix the yogurt and flour together with salt and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.

Flatten with a rolling pin and pan fry on both sides until golden.

Layer up the flatbread with the tatziki, Greek salad, potatoes, cooked chicken, halloumi and some parsley.
