Sweet Corn Sopas

Ingrédients

Sopas

1 rotisserie chicken, the meat removed and chopped

½ a yellow onion, chopped

10 garlic cloves, chopped

1 liter of chicken stock

3 sweet corn

1 sachet of Maggi Magic Sarap

1 carrot, cut into small cubes

1 stock of celery, sliced

1 pack of pasta

3 pieces of sausage, chopped

½ a cabbage

½ cup of evaporated milk

Instructions

Start by making your stock. Saute some onions and garlic and add your chicken stock. Bring it to a simmer and add the sweet corn. Stir to combine.

Place this stock in a blender, and blend until nice and thickened. Place this in a separate hot pan and bring to a simmer.

Strip the meat off a rotisserie chicken, and chop into bite-sized chunks. Chop sausage, cabbage, celery, and carrots. Season the broth with Maggi Magic Sarap, and add the chopped vegetables and sausages.

Finish with evaporated milk, serve and enjoy!
