6 wild boar sausages
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
400g risotto rice
3 tbsp tomato paste
350ml red wine
1 beef stock cube
Oregano
Sage
Basil
Paprika

60g pecorino
150ml single cream
2 tbps of lemon juice
Remove skin, brown sausage
Instructions
Add leek and onion fry till soft
Add garlic fry 1 min
Add tomato paste fry 2 mins
Add rice- fry for 2 mins
Add wine and stock, herbs and spices, salt and pepper
Keep adding hot water until cooked.
Add cream and cheese slowly
Serve
