Crispy, crunchy fried chicken tossed in a sticky gochujang sauce is one of the best thing ever buttt it’s definitely not an easy weeknight meal 😭
These flatbreads though?! YES PLZ. Juicy chicken thighs are baked until charred and glorious IN the sauce itself, so it makes the chicken even more lovely and loaded with flavor 💃
I’ve paired it with soft flatbreads (my fave Greek yogurt dough strikes again!!) and a crunchy sesame slaw along with a v good drizzle of gochujang aioli and yep. Obsessed.
