Josh's Calabrian "Dilly Chili" Ranch

Ingrédients

8 cloves garlic

5-6 tbsp Calabrian peppers, about 1/2 of a small jar in oil

1 bunch dill

Chives

Also good with fresh basil

1 whole lemon, juiced

2+ tbsp champagne vinegar

1/2 cup Best Foods Mayo

1/2 cup full fat sour cream, stronger the better (works just fine with 50/50 mayo/buttermilk and NO sour cream)

1/2 cup buttermilk

MSG, not too much

Salt

black pep, lots

Italian seasoning splash

oregano splash

basil dried splash

Instructions

Add garlic to food processor. Blend.

Add dill and any fresh herbs. Add lemon. Blend.

Add everything else. Blend.

Salt to taste. Add vinegar to adjust acidity & sauce thickness.

Use more sour cream as needed to chill out the flavor

Notes

Great with homemade fried chicken!
