Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingrédients

3 chicken breast (sliced in half)

2+2 tbsp of olive oil

1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 Lemon

5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

Salt and pepper for seasoning

2 tablespoons of @clubhousecanada Greek Seasoning

1 cup of beer

Lemon juice and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl combine chicken, 2 tbsp of olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a large pan heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and pan fry for 4-5 minutes per side on medium-high heat. (Set any remaining marinade aside)

Pour beer into bowl with left over marinade and pour over chicken when almost fully cooked.

When chicken is cooked remove and allow sauce to continue to simmer and reduce.

Pour over chicken, garnish with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
