250 g pistachios
100 g sunflower oil
40 g icing sugar
½ teaspoon(s) salt
30 g whole milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) set to fan.
Put the pistachios in a baking pan and spread them over the whole surface.
Put the pan in the oven and roast the pistachios for 10 minutes.
Remove the pistachios from the oven and set them aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Transfer the pistachios to a chopper blender and beat until they are finely ground and start to turn into a paste.
Add the sunflower oil, and continue beating until the pistachios are completely dissolved and you have a smooth praline.
Add the milk, icing sugar, and salt, and beat until completely combined.
Transfer the pistachio praline paste to an airtight jar and store it at room temperature for about 1 month.
