210g John West Pink Salmon
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
2 Tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower, linseed)
Mixed Italian herbs
Salt & Pepper
Lemon rind
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except seeds) in the small blender until smooth
Once mixed sprinkle in the seeds and hand mix
Heat pan at medium gas, and rub the pan with butter
When butter bubbling use tablespoon to add portions of the batter
Cook until bubbles appear on one side and then flip
Serve with whatever dressing you desire.
