make balls
cover the dough
rest the dough for 20min
roll the dough
bread molds 250g
rest the dough for 60min
cover the molds
Bake in a preheated oven
For a tender texture: 160°C top heat, 180°C bottom heat, bake for 30min
For a crispy texture: 160°C top heat, 200°C bottom heat, bake for 28min
Place on the lower-middle rack of the oven with a baking tray underneath. Using a baking tray helps to control uneven oven temperature.
