Peanut Butter Fingers

1 stick butter
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
Frosting:
4 tbsp cocoa
1 stick butter
5 tbsp milk
3 cups confectionery sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all bar ingredients. Press into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 10 mins. Cool slightly.
Spread whipped peanut butter over bars.
For frosting: Bring cocoa, butter, and milk to boil. Remove from heat, add sugar and vanilla. Spread over bars.
