Ingrédients

8 fish fingers in batter

4 hot dog buns

4 tbsp mayonnaise

Juice of ½ a lemon

Salt and black pepper

1 Little Gem lettuce, chopped

Instructions

1 In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season to taste and set aside.

2 Preheat the grill to a high heat and cook the fish fingers according to package instructions. Split open the hot dog buns and lightly toast the insides.

3 Generously spread each hot dog bun with the lemon mayo and add two fish fingers and some shredded lettuce.
