1/2 ripe banana (50g)

1/2 cup oats (40g)

20g vanilla protein (@macr0mike DC amb-noa)

3/4 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp maple syrup (sf-optional)

1/3 cup plant-based milk

Toppings:

Sliced banana (30g)

Natvia (natural granulated sweetener)

10g no-sugar choc (or choc of choice)

Cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Blitz ingredients until smooth, pour into oven-safe dish.

Top with banana, sweetener, cinnamon, and chocolate.

Bake 20-25 mins (longer for a cakier texture).
