Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Ingrédients

1 low carb wrap

1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese

1/2 cup frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed of excess moisture)

1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the Flatout wrap directly on the oven rack and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, microwave the cream cheese for 30-60 seconds until softened. Add the spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.

Remove the Flatout from the oven. Spread with spinach and artichoke mixture. Add the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 6-8 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
