Ingrédients

Any 10 lbs of fish that is appropriate for frying

2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 packet fried fish masala

2 tbsp Canola oil

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and fish. Let it marinate at least 1 hour for best results. You can also marinate it for 30 minutes if in a hurry.
