Buffalo Chicken Wings

5 lbs chicken wings, halved
1 egg, beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, and cloves
Instructions
Mix egg and oil in a bowl. Dip wings, then coat in vinegar and spices. Marinate for several hours. Bake at 500°F for 45 minutes, turning halfway.
