Scalloped Potatoes

1 1/2 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
7 cups of milk
15 potatoes sliced
2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
Add the butter, onion and flour to the crockpot and stir. Add in the milk and stir till the thickens. Add in the 15 potato sliced. Alternate potatoes, onion, cheese, and sauce. Bake at 350°.
