Chili's Salsa Copycat Recipe

1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (10-ounce) can Original Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
2 teaspoons diced jalapeno peppers (canned or fresh (add more if you like it hot)
½ small yellow onion, (thickly sliced)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
2 teaspoons lime juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend for 20 seconds or until desired chunkiness.
Pour into a quart jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
