Creamy Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Wrap

51g PRO, 58g CHO, 17g FAT
100g of uncooked chicken breast
5g of flour mixed with salt & pepper
1 egg, whisked
15g of panko breadcrumbs mixed with 1 tsp of paprika & 1 tsp of garlic granules
Oil spray
50ml of Franks red hot buffalo sauce
10g of hot honey
1 wrap
15g of cheddar/mozzarella
20g of ranch sauce
Coleslaw (serves 3):
1/4 head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 head of white cabbies, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
80g of 0% Greek yoghurt
30g of light mayonnaise
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt/pepper
Instructions
Coat the chicken breast in flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. Spray with oil and air fry at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
Once done, slice into chunks.
Add to a bowl and mix with the buffalo sauce and hot honey.
For the coleslaw, add the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, yoghurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, squeeze of lime juice and salt/pepper to a bowl. Mix well.
Heat the wrap for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Assemble the wrap with the chicken, cheddar/mozzarella, 1/3 of the coleslaw and the ranch. Spread the ranch on top.
Fold in the edges, then roll and fold over tightly. Place on a sprayed pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and crispy.
Slice in half when ready to eat.
