Take the leftover sauce from “Sausage and Peppers” and add pan fried ground pork seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes.

2lb ground pork for 32oz sauce

Must do again. Used 50/50 sweet and spicy Bianco sausage
