Pumpkin Bread

1½ cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
⅓ cup water
1¾ cups sifted flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Instructions
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin, and water. Sift dry ingredients, add to wet mixture. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 325°F for 60-90 minutes.
