Healthy Banana–chocolate Mousse

1 ripe banana

1–2 tbsp cocoa powder

2–3 tbsp milk (or almond milk)

Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

Blend everything until smooth, heat gently, pour into a mold, and let it cool.

Calories (approx.): 160–220 kcal per serving depending on milk & sweetness added.
