Parmesan Garlic Orzo

Ingrédients

1 cup orzo pasta

¼ cup butter

2 tablespoons minced garlic

¼ c parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons milk

½ tsp salt & pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bit, about 11 minutes

2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir garlic until lightly browned about 5 minutes. Stir orzo into garlic mixture and add milk, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
