Stu’s Famous Cranberry-Orange Relish

1 large orange, pulp and peel (seeds removed)
1 lb cranberries
2 cups sugar
Instructions
Chop orange and cranberries in food processor, stir in sugar. Refrigerate, covered, for 2-3 hours before serving.
Notes
Old fashioned appeal. Use slightly less sugar to reduce sweetness.
