Creamy Basil and Ricotta Spaghetti

- 400g Spaghetti 
- 1 Bunch of Basil 
- 250g Ricotta 
- Olive Oil 
- Salt 
- Black Pepper 
Instructions
- Put your pasta onto cook in heavily salted boiling water. 
- Remove the basil leaves from the stalks and place them in a blender with a small drizzle of olive oil. Blitz for a few seconds until you have a herby paste. 
- Once the pasta is finished cooking, save a mug of pasta water and drain the rest. Add the ricotta and basil oil into the pan with the pasta and a splash of pasta water. 
- Give it a good mix and add more pasta water as needed. 
- Serve up and finish with a generous amount of black pepper.
