Glazed Salmon Recipe!!

Ingrédients

1 lb salmon

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp lime zest

1 tbsp lime juice

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp butter or ghee

Instructions

Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, zest, garlic, salt & pepper to a saucepan. Heat on low for 5 minutes until the liquid has reduced & the glaze gets sticky. Add the butter and swirl to combine for 20 seconds. Pour the glaze over the salmon filet and air fry at 400F for 12-14 minutes until crispy on top. Serve over coconut rice & finish with scallions and sesame seeds!!
