Spicy Jicama Sticks

Ingrédients

2 cups (8.46 oz) jicama (4 greens)

¼ teaspoon salt (1 condiment)

1 tablespoon lemon zest (1 condiment)

2 tsp lime juice (1 condiment)

½ teaspoon ancho chili powder (1 condiment)

½ cup cilantro (.5 condiment)

Cut the Jicama into 3" strips. Finely dice cilantro. Add lemon zest and lime juice and toss. Add the salt and ancho chili powder and toss again. Refrigerate one hour.
