No Knead Cheese Loaf

Michelle Metz Cheese Bread

1 1/2 cups warm water

2 1/4 tsp. yeast, regular or quick rise work

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

2 cups grated cheese, usually cheddar but can use any combination you want

Optional Seasonings Onion powder, garlic powder I like Kinders buttery onion, andd/or garlic and herb. Use about 1 tsp or as little or as much as you like.

In a bowl mix together by hand water, yeast, flour and seasonings (if using Kinders omit the salt) until a shaggy dough forms.

Add cheese

Remove dough from bowl. Grease bowl with a bit of oil. Place dough back into bowl and cover with a towel. Set aside for 11/2 hours or till double in size

Dump dough onto some parchment paper and divide dough in half. Shape into loafs and place into greased loaf pans. Let rest covered for 25 to 30 minutes. 4. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 17 to 20 minutes.
