150 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
200 g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
75 g self-raising flour
40 g cocoa
6 creme eggs
1 portion icing sugar to decorate
Instructions
Melt the chocolate over simmering pan
When melted, take off the heat and wait a couple of minutes. Then beat in sugar and then eggs
Finally add flour/cocoa powder
Mix well
Transfer to a lined baking tin
(If using creme eggs, cut in half and press into batter)
Bake 170 degrees for 15 mins
