Ingrédients

Turkey Meatloaf

3 C. chopped onion

2 Tbs. garlic

2 tsp. olive oil

2 carrots (small dice)

1.5 lbs. mushrooms

1 tsp. salt and pepper

3 tsp. worchestershire

2/3 C. parsley

6 Tbs. ketchup

2 C. breadcrumbs

2/3 C. milk

2 eggs beaten

2 egg whites beaten

2 lbs. turkey

1. Saute onions, garlic, olive oil and carrots

2. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and saute 15 minutes

3. Add worchestershire, parsley and ketchup and transfer to a bowl

4. Soften the breadcrumbs with milk

5. Add eggs to breadcrumbs and milk

6. Mix all ingredients together

7. Bake in 9 X 5 bread pan

8. Brush with ketchup

9. Bake 350˚- 400˚ until 170˚ (50-55 minutes)
